Judge Andrew Napolitano: The "Hero" of the Day. A Profile of Courage, Especially Being Connected to FoxNews. A Real American If I've Ever Seen One...!

Five Things You Should Know About the ‘Torture’ Memos

By Judge Andrew Napolitano

The memos describe in vivid, gut-wrenching detail the
procedures that the CIA apparently inquired about. The
memos then proceed to authorize every procedure asked
about, and to commend the CIA for taking the time to ask.

Economy On The Ropes

By Mike Whitney

The real economy is sinking fast and, with it, any
hope for a quick recovery. Policymakers are
completely at a loss. The public knows that things
are far worse than they are being told. Continue

Somalis Say Illegal Fishing By Foreign Trawlers Drove Them To Piracy

By SHASHANK BENGALI

The international community is shouting about piracy.
But long before this, we were shouting to the world
about our problems," said Eid, a bony-cheeked former
lobsterman with a bushy goatee. "No one listened."

When the President Does It, That Means It is Not Illegal

Condoleezza Rice was recently speaking at Stanford
when students asked her an excellent question on
waterboarding and torture. They have her answer
on tape and it isn't pretty. Condi Rice absolutely
pulls a Nixon. Continue

OP-ED

Does something smell fishy to you? Does the Swine Flu
pass the smell test? Why wasn't there a worldwide warning
given for the ordinary (seasonal) flu that killed 36,000
Americans (and 500,000 internationally)? If something is
too good to be true, it probably is. And in this case scenario,
I believe they're trying to justify something: spending on
vaccines, drugs purchased (past and present), etc. or
whatever. But the smoke screen isn't working, whatever
it's intended purpose. Logic and common sense would tell
you to concentrate your energy and resources on
the prime killer and most virulent flu strain. Now
isn't 36,000 deaths (500,000 worldwide) a more
formidable and virulent flu pandemic than the
minor Swine Flu death toll of less than 100 people
(+or -)? You do the math... Did the authorities and
the complicit news media warn you to wash your
hands, wear a mask, close schools and businesses,
send million of doses of antiviral drugs to hospitals
in every state when 36,000 people died last year?
Did the world community panic over a half
million deaths? Nothing. Not a decibel of warning.
Yet, there are lots of dead bodies strewn about
graveyards because of the so-called benign seasonal
flu. Thus, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to tell
you that there's something rotten in Denmark, and
that's putting it mildly, my friends. If you can't put
2 and 2 together, then all I can say is: good luck,
you'll need it. Nuff said. I hope so... Boy, they must
think we're stupid. Whatever...
